Oogubi LLC is dedicated to ensuring a flexible and fair approach to our event policies. However, due to the nature of our events and the commitment of resources required, we must enforce our refund and rebooking policies strictly.
Please note that requests for refunds or credits that do not align with our specified terms cannot be accommodated. This firm stance helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our events, ensuring fairness and clarity for all attendees.
We strongly encourage customers to review our policies thoroughly before making a purchase to understand their rights and our limitations.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our small business by respecting the following refund policies:
Oogubi Wonderland:
Customers can reschedule, or get a full refund or credit via gift card by canceling their booking online at least 30 days before the event. However, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the event. In the case of no-shows, the full ticket price will be charged without the option for a refund or credit.
Sensory Play Pop-ups:
Customers can either rebook or get a full refund if they cancel or rebook their event online at least 30 days in advance. For cancellations made up to 24 hours before the event, customers are eligible for a credit via gift card. However, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event or in case of a no-show, neither a refund nor a credit will be provided.
Cancellation by Organizer:
If, for any reason, we need to cancel an event, all attendees will receive a full refund, regardless of the type of event or the time of cancellation. We will strive to inform attendees of cancellations as early as possible.
Weather Conditions:
Our events are conducted rain or shine. However, in the case of severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event. In the case of postponement, attendees will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event or choose to receive a full credit in the form of a gift card.
